With a growing number of cyber security concerns, there has never been a more important time for businesses to be proactive with threat detection.

To highlight businesses excelling in this crucial field, Cyber Daily is calling on top-performing threat detection organisations to be recognised by submitting an entry to the Threat Detection Business of the Year category at the Australian Cyber Awards 2025.

This category spotlights the cyber security business that has developed the most effective and innovative threat detection service of the year.

It is open to all threat detection businesses working within the cyber industry, regardless of specialisation, that aim to strengthen Australia’s cyber security capabilities.

All threat detection service providers are encouraged to participate irrespective of size, revenue or geographic location/s.

Submit an entry or nominate a business by Tuesday, 4 February 2025, to be recognised as Threat Detection Business of the Year.

There are 29 other categories on offer, with 15 group and 14 individual categories that showcase the breadth of talent among cyber professionals.

The awards are open to the full spectrum of cyber organisations, including those in defence, insurance, cloud services, technology, STEM, consultancy, and ransomware protection.

The gala ceremony will provide unparalleled networking opportunities among the nation’s top-performing cyber professionals.

The Australian Cyber Awards, in conjunction with event stakeholders Cyber Daily, Momentum Media, and a panel of leading cyber professionals, utilise a robust awards methodology to form the backbone for assessing and benchmarking Australia’s leading cyber professionals and businesses. The judging criteria for award categories are both quantitative and qualitative, acknowledging growth, business development, diversity, leadership, innovation, business excellence, and contribution to Australia’s cyber sector.
