Cyber Daily has unveiled that more than 220 finalists have been selected out of over 300 submissions for the annual Australian Cyber Awards.
The Australian Cyber Awards – currently in its third year – celebrates top businesses and professionals across Australia’s cyber industry.
Showcasing the depth of talent in Australia’s cyber community, the Australian Cyber Awards affirms the sector’s essential role in safeguarding individuals, businesses, and the Commonwealth in what has become the most rapidly changing environment in the country’s history.
Run in partnership with principal partner CrowdStrike, the prestigious awards program spotlights all cyber stakeholders – from defence, insurance, cloud services, and technology through to those working in STEM, consultancy, and ransomware protection.
A total of 222 worthy finalists have been selected out of more than 300 submissions for this year’s awards program.
The finalists were selected from a total of 29 categories, including 14 individual and 15 group categories, to ensure all cyber stakeholders were represented.

Some of the finalists include Willyama Services, Microsoft, Revio Cyber Security, Tenable, Colin Biggers & Paisley, Deakin University, Lumify Work, MyCISO, Atturra, and CrowdStrike.
By being named a finalist in the Australian Cyber Awards, professionals and businesses will gain national recognition for their outstanding achievements in driving the cyber sector to new heights.
Winners will be revealed at a black-tie gala ceremony held on Tuesday, 29 April 2025, at Ilumina in Sydney. Click here to buy tickets.

The judging criteria for award categories are both quantitative and qualitative. The finalists will be assessed on growth, business development, diversity, leadership, innovation, business excellence and contribution to Australia’s cyber sector.
