CrowdStrike today announced a new distribution agreement with Australian technology distributor Dicker Data.

The partnership will expand CrowdStrike’s reach into the Australian channel and provide assistance to Dicker Data’s reseller partners and managed service providers.

CrowdStrike’s Falcon cyber security platform will be at the heart of the partnership, providing a consolidated security solution to businesses in Australia and New Zealand.

"Dicker Data seeing the opportunity to further expand our ANZ channel ecosystem underscores our market position as cybersecurity’s generational platform,’ Jon Fox – vice president, channels and alliances for CrowdStrike Asia Pacific and Japan – said in a statement.

“Together, we will accelerate CrowdStrike’s partner-first go-to-market strategy, unlocking greater opportunities for mid-market partners in the region.

“We look forward to working with Dicker Data to drive even more partner and customer adoption of the Falcon platform, simplifying cybersecurity and protecting organisations against sophisticated threats with the world’s most advanced AI-native technology.”

Vlad Mitnovetski, executive director and chief operating officer of Dicker Data, said that while cyber security remains a high growth area, navigating the modern threat landscape is difficult.

“In line with our commitment to help our partners access the world's leading technologies in every technology segment, we're pleased to be announcing our new partnership with CrowdStrike in Australia and New Zealand," Mitnovetski said.

"Together with CrowdStrike, we are empowering partners with cutting-edge platform technology, enabling regional organizations to reduce operational costs and complexity while operating with confidence despite the pace of evolving cyber threats."
