Cloud security provider Barracuda Networks has announced that Paul Crighton has been appointed regional sales director for ANZ and Pacific Islands.
Crighton joins the company after a term at NetApp as managing director for Australia and New Zealand, where he led sales and business operations. He’s also held senior roles at PGi, Symantec, and McAfee. Crighton has worked in the industry for over 25 years.
“I am excited to join Barracuda’s talented team and to work together to deliver innovative and effective solutions that meet the evolving needs of customers and partners in the region,” said Crighton in an announcement. “I look forward to contributing to the continued success of Barracuda and helping our customers navigate the ever-changing cyber security landscape.”
James Forbes-May, vice-president of sales at Barracuda Asia-Pacific, is very pleased with the new hire.

Barracuda does business with over 200,000 customers throughout the world in the areas of application and cloud security, email and data protection, and network security.
