Security solutions company Absolute Software has announced that it has earned the ranking of leader in G2’s Summer 2023 Grid Reports for endpoint management and zero-trust networking.
This is the fourth time the company has made it to the top of the four tiers for endpoint management solutions. Additionally, this is also the fourth time that Absolute Software has been recognised as a superior zero-trust networking provider, as judged by verified G2 users.
“To continue to be recognised by our customers as a leading security solution provider and, more importantly, as a trusted partner quarter after quarter is an incredible honour,” said Matt Meanchoff, chief customer officer at Absolute.
“Our top priority remains empowering organisations across the globe with the critical, self-healing capabilities needed to strengthen cyber resiliency and operate confidently and securely in the work-from-anywhere era.”
Absolute Software was founded in 1993 in Vancouver, where the company remains headquartered. Absolute’s Persistence technology is built into the firmware of more than 600 million laptops, desktops, tablets, and more.
As to Absolute’s zero-trust solution, customers are finding it useful for the modern hybrid office.
“Hybrid/remote work schedules have added many new risks to users accessing the corporate network remotely; many of these risks are rated high or very high,” said one Absolute Secure Access user in a statement.
“One way of mitigating the risk is Zero Trust Network Access … Several zero-trust tools are available in the market now; Absolute Secure Access is an attractive choice for customers for its features, simple licensing process and cost-effectiveness.”
