Software vendor G2 has released the results of its Winter 2023 Grid Reports for endpoint management and zero-trust networking, and Canadian security provider Absolute has been ranked as a leader in the industry.
The high ranking is based on reviews from verified G2 users and the result marks the 12th consecutive quarterly win for the company and its Absolute Secure Endpoint solution, and the second time Absolute Secure Access has gained recognition.
G2 is a global software marketplace, with over 80 million users, including employees from every company on the Fortune 500 list. It’s basically Yelp, but for B2B software solutions, complete with peer rankings for reviewers and reviewer verification.
In terms of hard rankings, Absolute Secure Endpoint scored four out of five stars from 97 per cent of reviewers, while 91 per cent would recommend Absolute’s software, and 92 per cent reported satisfaction with the company’s customer service.
“There is nothing more important to us than delighting and empowering our customers, so this recognition — based directly on their insights and feedback — is particularly meaningful,” said Matt Meanchoff, chief customer officer of Absolute.
“Our top priority remains delivering the intelligent, holistic solutions they need to ensure maximum security, resilient connectivity, and user productivity — no matter where users and their devices are connecting from.”
